We buy from restaurants that are closing, remodeling, or changing their equipment. We do asset liquidation and buy from some select auctions. We are careful to buy only good quality, working equipment that we are confident will have good longevity in its next home.

It is our goal to have equipment that works well from the start and does not need repairs. Somethimes we find a piece needs some work, and we have trusted, quality repair people we use to make sure the equipment is in good working order before it is sold.
